How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly with our dispatchers by calling (843) 277-9271. You can also place your order online at QuickFoxes.com. Simply select your zip code and restaurant and build your order by adding items to your cart. If you are a first time user, you will be asked to create an account before submitting your order. If you have used QuickFoxes.com before, you’ll need to log in to complete your order. You can also conveniently place orders using the QuickFoxes app, which is available for Apple and Android products.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Off Campus Meal Plans (Champ Cards). If you plan to pay with your credit card, our drivers will swipe your card at the door. If you plan to pay with OCMP, please call our dispatchers at (843) 277- 9271 or include your card number and pin in the special instructions.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees start at $3.99 are based on time of day and distance from the restaurant to your delivery location. To determine your specific delivery fee, please call us at (843) 277- 9271 or by building your order online. (The delivery fee will appear in your shopping cart.)

Can I place an order for a later date?

Absolutely. When you begin the online ordering process, select “Delivery time and date” instead of “ASAP” and select the time and date for your delivery. We recommend placing large orders in advance so we can better assure your delivery time.

What if I have special requests for my order?

Once you select an item, you have the option to type any special requests before adding the item to your shopping cart. This is the space to let us know of any allergies or modifications. Prices are subject to change depending on the change to the item and the restaurant.

Will QuickFoxes delivery drinks with my meal?

You can add bottle of Coca Cola products. We also offer 18.5 fluid ounce bottles of Gold Peak Sweet Tea, Dasani (16.9 fluid ounce bottles), and 20 fluid ounce bottles of Powerade Mountain Blast (Blue)/ Fruit Punch (Red). We also offer two liters of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, as well as half gallons of Gold Peak Sweet and Unsweet Tea. Unfortunately due to South Carolina state law, we cannot deliver any form of alcohol.

Does the delivery fee include my tip for the driver?

The delivery fee is not the tip for the drivers. You may add a tip to your online order or when your driver swipes your credit card at the door. The tips go directly to your driver so please be considerate of their efforts.

How do I use my promotional code?

If you are placing your order online, you will see a space to enter your promotional code before submitting your order entitled “Discount Code”. If you forget to include the code or are placing your order over the phone, please let our customer service representatives know the code so you can receive your discount before the driver arrives with your order.

How do I redeem my QuickFoxes gift certificate?

You can use your gift certificate code in the promotional code box before checking out in the box entitled “Discount Code” below your order total. The order total will automatically be deducted from the remaining amount on the gift certificate. If you would like to include a tip for the driver with your gift certificate, please do so before submitting your order.

Who can I contact for customer service?

We appreciate your input. If something was wrong with your order, please call (843) 277-9271 to speak with one of our customer service representatives so we can fix the issue or email us at customerservice@quickfoxes.com.

Can I order from multiple restaurants?

You can order from up to three different restaurants. When ordering from multiple restaurants, please note that the delivery time and delivery fee will increase.

I’m ordering for a group of people paying separately. Do we need to submit separate orders?

You can all place your order together. When selecting an item, please write the name of the person paying for the particular item in the “Who’s this for” box. Before submitting the final order, please write “We will be paying separately” in the special instructions. Your driver will have the split totals including the cost of the food, tax and the divided delivery fee when arriving with your food.

May I use coupons given by the restaurant for my QuickFoxes order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept any promotions, coupons, or combo’s given by our restaurants as those are meant for in-house use only.
